I had a delivery problem with the carrier the sender used, and I took the time to contact them for assistance with my delivery issue. Neither Send-A-Frame nor FedEx had the courtesy to respond! The frame was a good value, but the $6.95 charge for delivery should have been refunded because of my bad experience. Since they did not offer any help, I would not use them again. I have also stopped using FedEx as a carrier on all the purchases I have made online since this issue. If Send-A-Frame valued their customers, they would not decide to ignore customer service issues.
