(More customer reviews)When I received it, I realized I had to nail the hanging hardware myself. This was the first disappointment. I also thought the way you had to attach the CD was a little difficult. I decided to just tape the CD to the actual posterboard. I wasn't going to need it in the future so I didn't care if it was ruined. Taping it also made sure it was straight and level. It's nice, but it could have been more user friendly for the price.
