(More customer reviews)When I looked at the picture on my computer it appeared to have neon on it. It also stated in the writtten description there was neon?? When I received the picture there was NO NEON, just lights. The lights were so bright we could not leave them on. The company had so many restrictions on returning the product I decided I would have to keep it, since I think there was a short return time and I could not meet their criteria.
