(More customer reviews)I purchased this frame because I was looking for something a bit modern, that would accomodate an old 3x3 photo. Since pictures don't typically print in that size these days, this frame was a welcomed find. The quality was good, and the frame nice enough, although the actual inner measurement is slightly smaller than 3x3, so I had to trim a bit of the photo. I did have an issue with the back, as the description specified easel back. However, when I received it, the back had merely a small plate for hanging. The frame is a bit deep, so you would need a really LONG nail to hang it. Besides, I wanted it to be a desk item.
I intended to give this as a Christmas gift, and was a bit close to the deadline, but decided to call the company, anyway. WOW!!!! They really went the extra mile - they shipped me an easel back, overnight, and two days before Christmas!!!! They were professional, and without question. In this day and age, customer service means a lot, and Craig Frames seems to have it down to a science!!! Thanks, Josh!!!
