(More customer reviews)The photo frame itself is beautiful and I love it. But I did not have a good experience with the sender. Apparently they ran out of the matte, which they did tell me, but they did not keep me up to date as to when I would be receiving my items. I ordered 2 and when they arrived one was broken with the wrong color matte. They replaced and everything worked out for the best.
