(More customer reviews)The back is all one piece so if you want to update a picture you have to turn all the little metal do-hickies that keep the backing in place, pry off the whole back, replace your picture, make sure the do-hickies are still out of the way and all of the glass pieces are in place so you don't break them while you are pushing the back back into place, and then swivel all the little do-hickies back into place. Whew! Make sure you have the pictures going the right way! It does look good when you're done.
