(More customer reviews)This is the very first time that I have ever received anything from Amazon.com that was not in the best possible shape. Two picture frames were in my order, and one box was all in pieces of the frame glass. I have returned both, since they were supposed to be identical for my need. The return process as well as refund steps were excellent.
