(More customer reviews)The pictures are misleading - the wooden frames are cheaply made and look it! I could have found something this poorly made for less than half the price at Wal-Mart (which I despise). In addition, I contacted customer service before ordering to make absolutely sure these frames would arrive prior to my August 7th wedding and was assured via telephone conversation and e-mail that the frames would arrive in time. They arrived a full week AFTER my wedding. However, it was all for the best since the frames were so cheap looking that the frames I ended up using were far better quality. However, the company did return my money when I returned the frames.
