(More customer reviews)I like this frame and originally bought it because it has glass panes instead of plastic. Which is fine but I have also recently purchased some frames that had high quality plastic panes and I actually like the plastic better. The glass is typical brittle frame glass that needs to be removed and cleaned the first time you use it and the frame is colored wood that has a nice even tone and looks great. I found a similar frame at target for a similar price that had plastic panes and like it better. It wasn't that cheap flimsy plastic. It was thick and sturdy like glass and had a slight matte appearance instead of glossy glass.
