I was on a time crunch as we were having an awards banquet the following week and wanted to present it to the player during the event. My experience with this seller could not have been better, I ordered late Saturday evening and the seller contacted me on Sunday, confirmed that I would receive the gift in plenty of time, and dealt with all details via emails that were imediately answered (even my last minute change of design). My personalized ball was shipped on Monday, and I received on Wednesday. Ball itself is perfect - really nice quality and the photograph is crystal clear. If you are looking for a personalized gift for a team player, this is a really great option, and the seller is fast, efficient and friendly.
