(More customer reviews)I ordered 4 frames from this seller. I received them in a timely fashion, but one of the frames was damaged. I left 3-star feedback. I have never seen this happen before, but the seller contacted me and offered to send me a replacement frame. I was astounded by the high level of customer service. I have since removed my negative seller feedback and unfortunately couldn't leave feedback again, so I'm leaving feedback here.
This is a great seller. The items are solid. The customer service is amazing. If more companies had service like this, websites like Consumerist wouldn't exist. :)
I'm extremely happy with the way I was treated and the fact that my item will be replaced. I don't even have to send the damaged one back. Thank you very much MyFrameStore. You guys rock.
