(More customer reviews)I ordered this frame for my girlfriends graduate school diploma and was satisfied with the relative quality for the price however the color is nothing like that shown on the website. When in a shaded area it looks somewhat mahogany but when hit with any sort of natural sunlight or fluorescent light the frames turn Barney purple. While the company did agree that they could swap them out for another model or color, they refused to refund/pay for any additional shipping, pretty much doubling the cost of my purchase and making it a terrible purchase for the price. I'm now stuck with three frames that I can't use and will not be doing business with the company again. Save yourself the time/money and go somewhere else or get a custom job done.
