(More customer reviews)My Son's Great Grandparents were happy to receive this in the mail. The company was very helpful. I had a question about something. They e mailed me to be sure that I was happy and welcomed any suggestions. They even asked if I would have been interested in sending them a photo to put in the frame. Next time I will ask them to do this, if option is available, if gift is being sent.
