Craig shipped the item quickly and it arrived in just a couple of days. Packing was very well done in a perfect sized box with styrofoam inserts and paper protecting the frame in shipment.
The frame itself is wood with the advertised styrene plastic insert. The backing is basic cardboard, which kind of surprised me.
The frame also comes with a single uninstalled hanger with two screws. These can be hand-screwed in with care, but you'll need to measure to center...there are no pre-drilled or pilot holes to speak of.
But once you've done that, the finished product looks lovely.
