(More customer reviews)I purchased these when I was pregnant to decorate my now-5-month-old's nursery. The frames are adorable, but damage VERY easily. Mine were scratched and dented on arrival. And, when I took them out of the packaging, one frame lightly touched the other, causing additional scratches to the paint.
I called the seller's customer service and, to give them credit, they were very helpful. I sent them photos of the damage and they immediately sent me new frames. They were so willing to help, that I have to wonder whether they are aware of how easily these frames damage. Even with careful handling, I already have a couple of small scratches on the new ones.
Considering the price, I would expect the products to be a little more resilient. Or, at the very least, have a coat of sealant on top to prevent scratching. But at least the company is wiling to replace them.
