(More customer reviews)I was having issues for 2 days. I refused to give up LOL. This is what I did to get the software to finally stay open.I put the CD and let the software download.Then I put the USB cable into a port in the back of the computer(the front one doesn't work for some reason, makes no sense).I had the camera turned on when I plugged it into the USB port.Then you click the middle button for USB update.I opened the software...it closed right away.I left everything alone for a few minutes, came back opened the software and it stayed opened and I loaded the pictures on the camera.I don't really know how I got it to work, but just make sure you leave the CD in after installing the software.It was such a hassle...I was so upset because I didn't want to go through the trouble of returning it and I am happy to have gotten it working. I will never buy anything from them again.
