(More customer reviews)I bought this picture frame online because it was impossible to find a 20x15 frame in any store I went to. The frame itself is very nice and would be worth 5 stars, but the "glass" is thin plastic that isn't strong enough to stop it from buckling, the backing is cardboard, the stays are flat, bendable pieces of metal and the hooks to hang the frame on are 2 cheap pieces of plastic that hook on to the edge of the cardboard backing thus ensuring nothing fits properly. I'm not disappointed with my purchase but I now have to decide whether eventually it's worth upgrading the glass or whether I should spring for a custom frame.
