(More customer reviews)I was ecstatic when I found that this company makes 14x20 frames because no stores sell them at all! I just wanted a cheap but nice frame for a paint by numbers I finished last summer, and $17 was a steal! I would have liked to have glass with it but it went over the cutoff of sizes that come with glass; the plastic covering it comes with is sufficient though. The packaging was great - the frame arrived in excellent condition and came within a good amount of time!
