(More customer reviews)Really have no idea how nice this bed would be in person as they never shipped. Ordered in mid Nov and they sent me an email a few days later saying it was backordered till Dec 16th. Fine, we were going to wait. The 16th came and went without a word so I called a few days later and was told (after I called them!) that it had been pushed back again till Jan 18th. Well, not very good for a Christmas present and not happy that they were not going to notify us, so we cancelled. Customer Service was very nice and helpful and we did get our refund within the time frame. Would've rather had the beds though.
