(More customer reviews)I have bought about 6 frames from this company so far. They are an excellent value for the price, very carefully and well packed. Everything is well protected. My only advice is read the description carefully and don't go by the picture. The picture for this product for example implies there is a matte which is actually another product. The company was very quick to ship a replacement when I realized my mistake. I needed them for an exhibit and was able to get the replacement in time, thanks to their attention. Highly recommended.
