(More customer reviews)I ordered 5 16"x24" frames from ArtToFrames and they arrived damaged. ArtToFrames quickly responded and sent me a replacement set. It seems that it's more of a quality issue than a transportation or once-in-a-while lemon. Relatively good customer service, but didn't receive tracking # for the 2nd set.
Damage/quality description: Some of the felt pads on the back of the frames were missing. The frame had splintering wood and pieces of wood actually missing from the back (as if it had flaked off). Unclear where to put mounting hardware without having frames protrude from wall (have to screw two looped fasteners normal to the plane of the frame, but fastener heads stick out about 0.5". Needed to go to Ace Hardware to grab my own hardware.
