I ordered a frame from this vendor which came to me damaged in the mail.I'm no fan of the us postal service, and when I received my order of an 11 x 14 frame damaged, I must say my patience blew out the window.I fired off a very angry email to this vendor blaming them for everything the u.s. postal service loses, breaks, steals or just doesnt deliver. This vendor immediately contacted me with a MOST apologetic email, very kind, and made good the transaction in spite of the errors of the government. I was in finance for most of my career and have dropped out and now work in a gift shop on a beach.Good customer service is something I learned after many, many years of solving problems for angry customers, and over the years, it seems there simply is no courtesy or good customer service in most places. After my experience in dealing with this vendor, I would highly recommend their product(s)because of their dedication to provide something to consumers which is virtually a thing of the past: courtesy, understanding and SERVICE.
